Singapore

Off the plane at Singapore, we had 1 hour to board the next flight to Aukland on New Zealand Air, so our priority was to find the correct desk.
Not to difficult as it turned out, only about 3 desks out of the 20 position were open and the one I wanted had the queue.
Eventually we got to the front, now we didn't have a booking, the printer wasn't working and the computer was playing up and needed resetting.
Finally, we're on the system, when she asked for our NZeTA. This is the first time I had heard of it. As far as I was concerned, from the UK no visa is required, but it turns out a NZeTA is required.
Se said we could get one, possibly in time, just had to apply online. She showed us the website on here phone and we completed the 2 NZeTAs, and 2 boarding cards in our mits we ran to gate A14 about a Kilometer from the check in desk.
The gate was closed, but a member of staff rushed us through and we were the last passengers to board that flight.
New Zealand here we come.
